Commercial kitchens depend on consistent fryer-oil management. Regular filtration helps remove suspended food particles and other material from frying oil so the kitchen can keep its filtration routine organized and repeatable.
What commercial fryer-oil filtration does
Fryer-oil filtration is the process of passing used frying oil through the kitchen's normal filtration system or procedure. Filter powder can be used as part of that routine to support filtration performance.
Beyond Oil® Filter Powder is a food-grade filter powder designed for commercial kitchens and commercial fryers. It is used during the normal frying-oil filtration process and does not require equipment changes.
A simple restaurant workflow
Always follow the fryer manufacturer's instructions, the filtration equipment instructions, and your kitchen's safety procedures. Beyond Oil® is supplied in 250g bags, with the product instructions calling for one bag per fryer per day.
- Use the product as part of the kitchen's normal fryer-oil filtration routine.
- Use one 250g bag per fryer per day according to the product instructions.
- Continue using the kitchen's existing filtration equipment and procedures.
- Track results within your own operation because fryer load, menu, temperature, oil type, and filtration practices can affect performance.
What restaurants should look for in a filter powder
For a high-volume kitchen, practical considerations include simple daily dosing, compatibility with the existing filtration process, easy storage, predictable case quantities, and reliable supply.
Beyond Oil® Filter Powder is sold in cases of 40 × 250g bags. Multi-case quantities are available for restaurants, restaurant groups, hotels, and other commercial kitchens.
