These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Beyond Sales and use of this online store. By accessing the store, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Reseller Status
Beyond Sales sells genuine Beyond Oil® products from existing inventory. Beyond Sales is an independent reseller and is not represented as the manufacturer, trademark owner, exclusive distributor, or official U.S. distributor of Beyond Oil® products. Beyond Oil® and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information. Product packaging, labeling, appearance, specifications, or manufacturer information may change without notice.

Information concerning product performance, testing, certifications, technical specifications, and operating results may be based on materials provided or published by the manufacturer or other product documentation. Actual results may vary depending on fryer equipment, oil type, food volume, operating temperature, filtration practices, kitchen conditions, and other factors.

3. Commercial Use
Beyond Oil® Filter Powder is offered primarily for commercial foodservice and commercial kitchen use. Customers are responsible for reviewing product instructions, technical documentation, safety information, and determining whether the product is suitable for their particular operation.

4. Pricing and Orders
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and quantities may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or correct an order in the event of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, product unavailability, misuse of the website, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other payment providers made available at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Beyond Sales is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and notify us of damaged, missing, or incorrect items in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Product Performance
No particular level of oil-life extension, oil savings, cost savings, food-quality improvement, or other operational result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Beyond Sales.

Performance may vary substantially depending on the customer’s equipment, oil-management procedures, operating conditions, menu, volume, oil type, filtration practices, and other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Sales will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, purchase or use of the products, operational decisions, lost profits, lost business, or other commercial losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Intellectual Property
The Beyond Oil® name, product packaging, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property relating to the product remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this store is for identification and resale of genuine products and does not imply ownership of those rights by Beyond Sales.

Content created specifically for the Beyond Sales website may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Prohibited Use
Customers may not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with website security, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or information.

12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the store is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Shopify privacy and payment-processing practices.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of an order will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
