Refund policy
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
Because Beyond Oil® Filter Powder is a food-grade product intended for commercial kitchen use, opened or used bags and opened cases are not eligible for return.
Before returning any product, contact sales@beyondoilusa.us and receive return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from an error on our part.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with the order number and photographs of the product and shipping packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Order cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.
Product performance may vary depending on fryer equipment, oil type, food volume, operating temperature, filtration procedures, and other kitchen conditions. An opened or used product is not returnable solely because a particular operating result was not achieved.
